The fruits we use are 100% natural.  Our homemade “purees” are our secret blend of whole fruits and juices designed to help create the perfect smoothie just for you.

All drinks are gluten and dairy free.

All drinks are non-fat (except for pina colada which is low-fat).

All drinks contain approximately 180-220 calories, whipped cream is low-fat and adds about 30 calories.
